We provide coaching services, digital and physical products. Descriptions are available on our Website and may vary slightly in colour or design.

5. Order Process

Orders are submitted via the Website and confirmed by email. We reserve the right to reject any order. A contract is formed upon sending the Order Confirmation.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT. Payment must be made at checkout by credit/debit card or authorised online payment method. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before renewal.

7. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 30 days or within the timeframe specified. Digital goods will be delivered via email or customer account. Physical goods may require additional shipping time and costs.

8. Right to Cancel

You have 14 days from receipt of goods or contract formation (for services) to cancel, provided no services have commenced. You must notify us clearly via email or post.

9. Refunds and Returns

If cancelling within the allowed period, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods or cancellation notice. Return postage is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

10. Subscriptions

There is no minimum term. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades or cancellations do not result in partial refunds. Manage via account dashboard or email.
